Anna has over 10 years of professional experience, including 4 years in the sale of IT services. She holds master’s degree in Management in the specialization of Human Resources Management at the Warsaw School of Economics. Initially associated with the wine industry, working in the Marketing Department of one of the leading telecommunications operators in Poland, further steps intentionally made into the IT industry. Anna is enthusiastic of new technologies and their implementation opportunities. Marta Kamińska is a Recruiter with 9 years of professional experience. She joined Mindbox in early 2018. For about a year she has been a Team Leader. From the very beginning of her professional career she has been involved in IT outsourcing. Apart from the body leasing model, she also specializes in direct and internal recruitment. In her professional experience, she has had the opportunity to participate in additional HR projects such as creating criteria for the 360-degree Feedback, implementing the ATS system or designing the Candidate Experience process. Currently, when she’s not recruitng, she is testing the robots being developed in Mindbox 😉.
